The challenge was to redesign the website for the market leader in international football tickets. The website had to portray a feeling of trust and incorporate a more modern overall design. Furthermore, a better UX flow had to be created to increase the amount of conversions.
Launch Project
The website had to convey these three factors. With a history of buying football tickets being a tricky thing, the user has to feel safe and has to trust the website.
Several methods including colors and UX principles have been applied to convey these feelings.

The home page lets the user feel at home immediately, by making it personal and showing customized options.
Furthermore, it shows why the user should trust Voetbaltrips.com and which faces are behind the company.

The website uses animations, colors and shapes to convey trust and intercation. It also features many modern elements, something that competitors don't offer; this adds to the trust built by the user.
The clubs page shows the most searched clubs in a beautiful manner, along with a quick search function.
This makes for a very smooth user experience, which is important to get the highest possible amount of conversions.

The game page shows the user all the necessary details for a game in a quick and easy to read way.
Furthermore, it shows the options the user can choose between, and the current league table for the game-specific competition.

The flight select page is part of the checkout flow. It lets the user select their preferred flights in a very easy and beautiful way.
By creating boarding passes that show all the details for the flights, the website makes it easy for the user to see if their choices are correct.
